- Write down on a piece of paper what you want to happen romantically with that person. That is, if you want them to fall in love with you, if they simply won’t let you think, if they want to be your real partner, etc.
- Light a red candle, a man’s or a woman’s, with matches, and cut three (3) lemons into four (4) pieces. Place a “come to me” stick in the center. Then take three (3) star anise and place them on the plate along with the lemons.
- Write the name of the person for whom the work will be done on the piece of paper you used before, and write yours next to their name.
- Find a glass jar with a lid to place the request inside, along with the lemons and star anise.
- Use the “Come to Me” powder inside the jar, then the “Rose Sucker” powder.

- Add a teaspoon of ground cinnamon.

- Close the jar with a lid and leave it next to the candle until it burns out.

- One (1) round loaf of bread.
- Milk.

- Five (5) yellow candles.

- Place the round loaf of bread on the plate, cut it in half, and add honey and milk. Then, seal it and sprinkle cinnamon on top.
- Make a hole right in the center of the loaf with one of the yellow candles and light it.
- You must do this for the next five (5) days, using a different candle each day.
- After a few days, crumble the bread in hot water and wash your hands with it, while asking Oshún to bring money into your life.
Rituals for Protection
In these times, it’s difficult to trust people, so it’s best to be completely protected in any situation and in any individual. This ritual also applies to negative spirits who seek to harm.
Typically, when it comes to personal protection, necklaces and bracelets are used, along with a pact with the Orishas.
If you feel that, since some people came to your house to pay you a visit, the atmosphere in your home feels heavy, tense, and insecure, you can also perform a protection ritual. Here’s how to do it, but first you need:
- Holy water.
- Anise powder.
- Four (4) white candles.
The procedure is as follows:
- Place the candles on the floor in a circle right in the center of the house.
- Sprinkle the anise from the entrance to the end.
- Then sprinkle the holy water in the same way you did with the anise.
